My skin after 1 yr of using this regimen regularly for over a year
1. Castor Oil Overnight
I apply this castor oil most nights before bed and wake up with PLUMP & GLOWING skin. Castor oil is SO rejuvenating for aging skin. It has many anti-aging properties.
(Warning - not all castor oil is good for skin. Some chemically processed castor oil can actually be damaging to your skin)
I also use this roll-on castor oil stick for my undereyes during the day!
It’s great for smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes!
2. Bakuchiol Every Morning
I use this Bakuchiol (a natural retinol alternative) Serum every morning. This stimulates cell turnover and rejuvenation which helps minimize fine lines and wrinkles. The serum also has astaxanthin which helps lighten dark spots. Bakuchiol is VERY natural gentle on the skin.
3. Whipped Tallow During The Day
I use this whipped tallow for all-day moisture. Tallow is a natural, refined form of beef fat that is very similar to skin’s own natural sebum. This gives a moisture lock that lasts ALL day. Tallow also has a silky, smooth texture - it’s not too greasy or shiny. It really helps minimize fine lines and wrinkles - especially if you use it daily.
4. Peels For Exfoliation
I use this PHA Peel (I use the 30% version) about 1-2x per week after cleansing. This peel helps slough off dead skin cells and stimulate skin cells to renew. Also, by dissolving dead skin cells on the surface this allows my serums to penetrate better!
